Welcome to Marina Village Marina.

Great place to start.  We’ve got 39 slips from 28 feet to 50 feet LOA with beams from 12 feet-18 feet and a controlling depth of five feet.  We’ve also got some side-to slips for cats and such.  Conn that bad boy on in here!

Safe for you, your family and guests? You bet. The combination of both security cameras and security guards protects the Marina and the surrounding complex.  If someone is on your dock, we know about it.  Additionally, the Dock Master, or another staff member, walks every dock twice a day looking for problems…dock line fraying, listing, constantly running bilge pumps, open ports or unsecured deck items.  It’s your boat, but it’s his baby.

Marina Village Marina is also a well protected hurricane hole, with a certified hurricane plan…a necessity to get marine coverage from most insurers.  Secure?  The city of Boynton keeps its two police boats at the west end of the marina…protecting the protectors.

Of course we have the usual…potable water, fuel (gas and diesel), electrical power, bagged ice, and fire suppressant devices.  Then we have the unusual…covered parking and convenient restaurants nearby.

By water, we’re on the ICW approximately 1.5 miles south of the South Lake Worth Inlet (easy access to blue water) and just north of the Ocean Avenue Bridge.  That’s all great if you’re headed in or out, but what if you’re just staying aboard?  Boynton Beach (the sandy one) is just over the bridge, if you’re aching for that scrunch underfoot.  Two great restaurants, The Banana Boat and Two Georges are within walking distance as are other marine related businesses such as captained fishing boats, dive shops, boat rentals, and the like.  Downtown Boynton Beach is just a short walk with shops, restaurants and stores to entertain and fill your provisioning list.

Marina Village Marina is part of The Marina Village development and is located amidst owner-occupied condos and townhomes.  The marina itself is a dockominium; many slips owned by boaters and investors like you.  This is where people live and it looks it…well maintained, thoughtfully designed and conveniently located.
